1 - Do I have to register to place an order?

No, you have three possibilities to execute your order:
As a Guest, you can skip the registration step and go directly to the payment.
As a PayPal or Amazon user by clicking on the Amazon / PayPal Fast Checkout buttons.
As a Registered User, you can enter your credentials and manage your orders comfortably from your private area.

2 - What are the advantages of placing an order as a Registered User?

By creating an account, you will have the possibility to:

  • Always have personal information such as delivery addresses at hand
  • View the history and details of your orders
  • Always have the tracking number available
  • Create and manage your Wish List
  • View your reviews
  • Have any credits and vouchers under control

3 - How can I pay for my order?

Your order can be paid in different ways, all safe and fast, choose the one closest to your needs:

  • Credit card
  • Pay Pal
  • ComPay
  • Amazon Pay
  • Bank transfer
  • Cash on delivery, cash or cashier's check

4 - Can I request an invoice for my order?

Certainly, when completing the order, indicate the invoice request in the notes by entering the complete data for the header. We will send you an e-mail with the invoice and the related SSD code.

5 - I haven't received a confirmation email, what can I do?

We will send a confirmation within minutes of your order. If it's not in your inbox, check your junk folder as well. If all your personal details are correct and the confirmation email is not in your spam folder, please send us a message. The contact form is available in the "Contact Us" section of our website.

6 - What are the shipping costs?

Transport costs for Italy and abroad will be calculated based on the delivery area of the products. To calculate the shipping cost, just enter one or more desired products in the cart, enter the delivery address and proceed to checkout. All shipments outside Italy are arranged in 24/48 hours and sent by express courier such as SDA, GLS, Fedex, UPS, thus guaranteeing delivery of the goods in 3/10 working days. 7 - Can I cancel or change my order?

Yes, you can cancel your order by contacting us directly on Whatsapp or at our numbers. You can always return your order, as long as this is done within 30 days of receipt using the contact form on our website. For special needs our CONTACTS are always available.

8 - How many days are scheduled for delivery?

Your order will be shipped as soon as possible. All shipments outside Italy are arranged in 24/48 hours and sent by express courier such as SDA, GLS, Fedex, UPS, thus guaranteeing delivery of the goods in 3/10 working days When products are readily available, they are usually delivered within 3-5 business days. For items not available immediately, delivery will take longer. You will receive an e-mail notification of the order status. We prefer to send your complete order in a single shipment, to keep costs down and respect the environment more. Only in exceptional cases, GardenStuff will send the order in multiple deliveries.

9 - Can I collect my order at the GardenStuff office?

Of course, when ordering, choose Pik-Up delivery, you will receive an e-mail when your package is available and ready for collection at our office.

10 - How can I find out where my shipment is?

Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email containing Tracking, a practical way to track your shipment online with a tracking code. If you are a Registered user you will be able to find the code always available in your reserved area.

11 - I can't find my Traking code anymore, what can I do?

As soon as the order is entrusted to our courier, you will receive an email with the Tracking code. If you have already received it but have lost it, check your Gardenstuff Reserved area. Here you will find your Tracking code. If you don't have an account, check the email containing the Tracking code in your inbox. If you no longer have it, you can contact us and we will resend it to you.

12 - My order is not what I expected, what can I do?

We are sorry to hear that the products do not match your expectations. It is possible to return the product upon notice to GardenStuff, provided that this occurs within 30 days of receipt of the goods, excluding live products such as plants or open packaged products. Unused items can be returned for exchange, "Voucher" or "Refund." See our Returns and Refunds page.

13 - How does a return work?

For items that can be returned, you will receive an e-mail from GardenStuff where we will indicate a shipping address and the courier who will carry out the collection. You will have to remember to score.

14 - What is the quality of the plants that are shipped?

Our particularity is that we do not have a warehouse but with each order we select the plants you have chosen from the best nurseries in the area so that until the moment of packaging they can receive all the necessary care from the nursery experts. This allows us to keep the quality of life of the plant as high as possible and to choose the best we find, the plants are evaluated by us based on their size, colors, their state of health and other factors that vary according to type of plant. All our suppliers are trusted and have been carefully selected by us over time.

15 - Will my plants arrive healthy?

GardenStuff has studied and tested a unique method of packing plants that allows them to face the shipment in the best possible comfort. In fact, the plant is wetted just before packaging and a plastic bag is stamped on its pot which will allow it to contain any dripping water from the earth. Subsequently, the upper part of the plant is wrapped in transparent film to protect it and positioned vertically inside the box. The boxes always allow the plants not to be compressed or crushed but to travel with the necessary space. This way we can ensure that the plant is in the best possible condition when it arrives.

16 - What should I do when my plant arrives?

Your plant has gone through a journey, so when it arrives you will have to take it out of the packaging with care and delicacy. If the soil of the plant feels dry to the touch, we recommend that you water it immediately. The plant may appear a little dry, but will recover in the following days. In addition, the plant needs to rest a little, so you can keep it out of the sun for the first few days after receiving it and then proceed with the transplant.
